    Harriet Parke Senior Consultant at Eunomia Research & Consulting Ltd has nine years’ experience in waste and data management. Harriet has worked on a wide range of projects within the food waste sector, including minimising and preventing food waste, through to the treatment options for this waste stream. Harriet is also an active volunteer within the food waste prevention sector in Bristol.

    Harriet is a co-ordinator of FoodCycle Bristol, assisting in the collection of surplus produce from local retailers to make nutritious meals for the local community; has contributed to Bristol’s Good Food Plan which promotes sustainable food through food system planning, with the health of the population and environment at its core; worked on food waste prevention initiatives as part of Bristol Green Capital Food Group and Bristol’s Action Plan for Sustainable Food Cities Award. As such, Harriet has extensive knowledge and practical experience of food waste prevention initiatives as well as an excellent understanding of the food waste market and operators.
