  Presentation Synopsis:

  The main difference between Organisations that have achieved Lean Excellence and those that haven’t, in BTA’s experience, isn’t whether they have attempted to utilise Lean Thinking or not, but whether they had the essential elements to deliver Excellence.

  During this session Kim will share the key indicators that can be used to assess whether an Organisation is on the road to failure on their journey and, if they are, provided some advice on what you can do about it. This presentation will highlight a number of considerations that any company wishing to achieve Lean Excellence will find useful and thought provoking.
