  Monica has a degree in Nutritional Therapy and is a Professional Trainer and Accredited Centre for the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) and The Royal Society for the Promotion of Health (RSPH).

  She is Patron for a social enterprise called Breaking The Silence, that raises awareness of human trafficking, forced marriages and domestic abuse.
