    Presentation Title:

    Sustainability is the key

    Presentation Synopsis:

Over the past thirty years the manufacturing industry have been focused on getting the best out of its processes.

Despite the rise of Continuous Improvement tools such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen etc, it is still widely reported that Productivity numbers in the United Kingdom, are behind those of other developed countries.

Typically, initiative failure is the cause of continuous improvement programmes becoming tired and lame and even being ditched altogether. The reason for initiative failure is the result of two critical elements:  Lack of engagement and not leaving a legacy.

    Probe have a different approach.
